Hi, I’m Zo.

I’m a psychologist and mindfulness practitioner but more importantly, I’m someone who has walked through emotional overwhelm, loss, medical trauma, and long seasons of holding life together quietly.

The tools I share here aren’t theoretical.

They are the very practices I used to survive, regulate my emotions, and find steadiness again when life felt unbearable.

This work comes from lived experience, not perfection and it’s offered gently, for women who carry silent emotional battles.
